Organization Owner Terms

1. Platform Use

EventForceHQ provides tools for managing organizations, volunteers, events, schedules, internal messaging, and operational workflows. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business, nonprofit, or organizational purposes.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and organization information.

3. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing based on the plan you select unless canceled according to your plan terms. Failure to maintain payment may result in restricted access to paid features.

4. Messaging and Communications

EventForceHQ may provide internal messaging, event communication tools, alerts, and operational notifications to help organizations coordinate volunteers and event activity.

5. SMS Notifications

If SMS notifications are enabled, users may receive text messages related to account activity, internal messages, event updates, scheduling changes, and organization announcements.

Message frequency may vary based on account activity and organization usage. Message and data rates may apply. Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

By enabling SMS notifications or collecting consent from users through EventForceHQ, you agree that your organization will use SMS features in compliance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and consent rules. EventForceHQ is not responsible for carrier delays or message delivery failures.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EventForceHQ to:

• Send spam, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful communications
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate another person
• Upload harmful code or interfere with platform performance
• Use messaging tools without proper consent where consent is required

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of EventForceHQ is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to EventForceHQ if these terms are violated, if payment obligations are not met, or if platform misuse is detected.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

EventForceHQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventForceHQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
